What is Coaching and how does it work?

In the words of the International Coaching Federation “Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential".

Plainly put, coaching is a conversation that explores the challenges that you are facing in identifying and/or achieving your goals, and aids you in finding the right pathway for your particular circumstances, to achieve the desired outcome.

A coach will not make a judgment on your thought process, choices or decisions, and will not give you advice. What a coach will do for you is harness your inner motivation, preferences, needs, and wants toward finding your own answers.
