After more than a decade working in professional services with organisations such as Deloitte and BCG, I chose to move into the care sector to do work that felt meaningful and socially necessary.

I believe we all share responsibility for shaping the society we live in. When something no longer reflects the standards I believe in, I work to improve it.

That commitment is what brought me into care, and what continues to guide my work today: raising the bar around leadership, safeguarding, and how support is experienced in everyday life.

Because when care is delivered well, it strengthens not only individuals but society as a whole.
